Locke, 31, of 20 Eddy St., Ware, Telegram & Gazette has learned that about nine years ago, a woman living at 24 Clinton St. in Ware obtained a restraining order against Mr. Locke. In court documents, she alleged that he had broken into the home and when she confronted him, he told her he was drunk at the time and did not remember breaking in. “Maybe I broke into your house, maybe I didn’t. I don’t know what I was doing,” he allegedly told her.
