The men did not try to hide, but instead walked up to border patrol agents and presented themselves for asylum.

People wonder why students of color fight so much do not understand "how these boys might be affected by growing up in a White-governed country which threatens young men of color at will, distrusts their ability to succeed and follow the law, and allows daily racial stress to mount in neighborhoods, schools and classrooms.”

- 1 injured 2 arrested September 22, 2014 2 Suspects Arrested in Hit-and-Run That Critically Injured New York Officer POLICE Magazine Chad Morizsan, 34 allegedly drove the vehicle that struck and critically injured Second Precinct Crime Section Police Officer Nicholas Guerrero. Monday afternoon when Suffolk County Officer Nicholas Guerrero and Officer Heriberto Lugo initiated a vehicle stop on Partridge Lane in Huntington. While attempting to speak to the occupants, Officer Guerrero and Officer Lugo were struck by a vehicle which then fled the scene. A short distance away, the vehicle hit another vehicle and the driver reportedly fled. Police say the suspect also forcibly stole a vehicle from a woman on in Commack. Morizsan and Franzone were arrested inside a Target in Central Islip. Morizsan was charged with carjacking a Toyota Camry, assault on a police officer, and leaving the scene of an accident, and is wanted on three open warrants for violation of probation and petit larceny.
