Do people ever take illegal or prescription drugs or alcohol to hide the motive behind a deliberate terror attack? Seems most drunk or drugged driving "accidents" look like carefully planned attacks.

February 2, 2018 Eric Joseph Coleman Alleged Drunk Snowmobile Driver Hits Icehouse Snowmobile driver is convicted of driving drunk and accidentally crashing into a pickup truck, killing an 8 year old boy and injuring his father. Coleman was convicted and sentenced to serve 12 1/2 years in prison, but never accused of a deliberate attack.
