May 09, 2017  (ABC 6 News) - A plea agreement has been reached  According to court documents 56-year-old Cindy Mueske, of Ashland, IL, pleaded guilty to criminal vehicular homicide while operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and marijuana a controlled substance.... Mueske crossed the center line on Highway 52 near Chatfield, hitting a car being driven by 16-year-old Kaitlyn Hansen head-on. .. Mueske was driving aggressively and tried to pass his car three times before finally doing so in a no passing zone... another forced to pull over to avoid Mueske's truck, which was coming straight across the center line, right before it collided with Hansen's vehicle...driving at 94 mph half a second before the crash.. did not apply brakes..blood alcohol concentration at the time of the crash was between .080 and .151, and marijuana was also found in her system..... investigators also found six open margarita bottles and three alcoholic lemonade bottles in her car [to establish cover story that it was just an accident?] after the crash.  As part of her plea deal, 16 other charges were dismissed.  August 2017 got 4 year prison term.
