The boy was allegedly introduced to Besim by another Australian Abu Khaled al-Cambodi who had joined the terrorist group in Syria.

Sept 18 murder update Cops: Utah triple murder suspect said mom who wanted tenants evicted"made me do it" SALT LAKE CITY -- Utah triple murder suspect Alexander Hung Tran allegedly pointed a finger at his mother for the brutal killings, reports CBS affiliate KUTV. "made statements to them (detectives) about trying to blame his mother,"   Tran was charged with aggravated murder in the shooting deaths of three people inside a Salt Lake City home. after putting down gun, said  "If I think this is my mom's fault and that she should be here instead, is there anything I can do? She made me do it. I'm not saying I didn't do it." The probable cause statement said Tran's mother bought a home, only to be told that "a man, woman, and two children were staying in the upstairs portion of the house." His mother was reportedly planning to start an eviction case.

An active gas leak was reported near the scene at the adjacent Travelodge Monaco, WFOR reported. 33-story building was under construction.
