December 28, 2013 India Andrha Pradesh Train Fire Caused By Air Conditioning Short   In Andhra Pradesh India, fire ripped through an air conditioned coach of the the Bangalore-Nanded Express trail. 26 people burned alive, including two children, in sleep and injuring 13 others. Asked if they suspected any sabotage, investigators said prima-facie the cause of the fire appears to be a short-circuit near the air conditioning unit, but they would thorough investigation to ascertain the exact reasons.

Definitely not a deliberate accident.
