Sunday February 16, 2014. Cyle Wayne Quadlin Shoots Man At AZ Walmart Claims Defence
In Chandler Arizona, Kriston Charles Belinte Chee was at a Walmart buying supplies to help build a church when he got into an argument with Cyle Wayne Quadlin, who shot Chee dead when he feared for his life when he was losing the argument. Chee's wife believes the claim of self defence was false, but police refused to arrest Quadlin after seeing there was an argument on the video which confirmed Quadlin's description which did not escalate into a physical fight.

The widow of a man who was fatally shot at a Chandler Walmart on Sunday said he was protecting her when he was killed
Kriston Charles Belinte Chee, 36, [was in the store buying supplies to help build a church when he ]was fatally wounded Sunday during a fight with Cyle Wayne Quadlin, 25, according to police. Quadlin, who is suspected of pulling out a gun and opening fire, said he was losing the fight [argument] and was “in fear for his life,” said Sgt. Joe Favazzo, a Chandler police spokesman.
