Phillip Foy Boston Cab Shooting Case


June 4, 2019 Phillip Foy Boston Cab Shooting Case Phillip Foy, of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, pleaded not guilty to charges including murder and armed carjacking a day after the shooting cab driver  60-year-old Luckinson Oruma  in broad daylight near Boston's busy Prudential Center. After the cab driver refused a ride 30 miles away,  Foy  pulled Oruma, 60, from the front seat and shot him,  stood over Oruma's body and continued to shoot him a total of 9 times then stole and drove the cab short distance before abandoning it and tossing the gun and his shoes, then surrendered and confessed to the events.
