03/10/2018 Pomona Erratic Driver Kills Police Officer Shoots Through Door Police chased a man who was reported for erratic driving, he ran into an apartment gunman who barricaded himself inside an apartment. After 15 hour standoff, he killed an officer and wounded another by shooting through the door. Officer Greggory Casillas, 30 was killed, he joined the department in September and was about to complete field training. Suspect was arrested and dentified by police as Isaias De Jesus Valencia, 39, of Pomona, held without bail.
