- 7/2/2017 Meth Driver Harold Benton Cyphers III kills 2 on way to church In Kansas City, Harold Benton Cyphers III received 14 years and nine months in prison for running a red light and t-boning a car killing a couple 69-year-old Donna Manning and her 71-year-old husband, William Manning, on the way to church . After a guity plea Cyphers was sentenced to 14 years and nine months in prison. At the KC First Church of the Nazarene Bill Manning served as an associate pastor before working for the church's publishing company
