May 6, 2016  Eulalio Tordil Maryland Shooting Spree 11 a.m Friday,  a man believed to be the Eulalio Tordil who shot his estranged wife and a bystander outside a high school the day before shot three more people, killing one at the upscale Westfield  Montgomery Mall. Less than an hour later, a woman was shot and killed outside a Giant Food supermarket in Aspen Hill. About 3PM, witnesses saw a car boxed into a parking lot by police cruisers that rammed the vehicle yelling to "come out with his hands up” and he came out hands up with no fight. May 5, 2016 Officer shot, suspected armed robber killed in shoot-out  (black suspect)  MILWAUKEE —A bullet-proof vest apparently spared the life of a Milwaukee police officer who was shot in the chest Thursday night while investigating a suspected armed robbery at an auto parts store. The officer, a 38-year-old man with 14 years on the force, had injuries that Milwaukee police chief Ed Flynn described as "contusions" after the shoot-out near O'Reilly Auto Parts. officer was hit in the chest by a bullet. Two other officers returned fire. The suspected robber, identified as 38-year-old Burt Johnson, died on the scene. A handgun was recovered.

    June 29, 2015 "accident" Waterloo Man Pleads Guilty To Vehicular Homicide - drunk, fell asleep "accidentally" crashing car into home of 86-year-old man WATERLOO - One Iowa Man, pleading guilty Thursday to vehicular manslaughter. Weadeh Tucker admitted to crashing his car into the Waterloo home of a 86-year-old Milo VanSchoyck, killing him. Tucker was driving drunk along Dysart Road when he fell asleep at the wheel and crashed into a home just after midnight back in June of 2015. KWWL spoke with victim's widow about the plea deal. Tucker faces up to 25 years in prison and a $150,000 dollar fine. But Milo's wife, Jessie Mae Haefele, says that isn't enough to pay for her husband's life.     Stockton homicide suspect asks judge to dismiss charges for rape and brutal beating death of 84-year-old woman 
    STOCKTON — Attorneys prosecuting the man in the rape and brutal beating death of 84-year-old Hazel Dingman revealed that Alvin Larry Davis could face the death penalty if convicted of the charges against him. Davis, 76, is charged with murder and sexual penetration by means of force or fear with special circumstances that make him eligible for the death penalty. Davis was previously identified by the Stockton Police Department as Alvin Guy, one of his aliases. His other aliases include Alvin Davies and Bob Love. Davis was arrested in Las Vegas last month, nearly four years after Dingman was viciously beaten to death on July 5, 2012, inside her home in southwest Stockton. Davis, a registered sex offender, lived near Dingman’s residence in Stockton when the murder occurred and fled to Las Vegas shortly thereafter. According to an autopsy report from the San Joaquin County Coroner’s Office, Dingman was tightly bound, severely beaten and sexually assaulted with her own cane.     December 16, 2015 Man arrested for shooting murder of Billy Joe Sickler HAMILTON —A man is charged with murder in connection with a December shooting in Hamilton. Billy Joe Sickler was found dead with gunshot wounds on East Avenue on Dec. 16. Police got an indictment for Jamell Cavanaugh for murder and weapons under disability. He was also charged with two felony drug charges as the result of an unrelated investigation the Hamilton Police Department Vice Unit conducted.
