Police identified the two men as Ward R. Edwards, 49, of Columbus, and Qing Chen, 37, of Seymour. Edwards was Chen's direct supervisor, and Chen is the suspected shooter

This is part of a pattern of employees targeting their managers for no apparent motive, which leaves only terrorism as the ever-present possible motive, but Chinese Asian suspect has no obvious ties to any terrorist movement or foreign intelligence agency.
