Not Suicide Terrorist Attack When Police Chase SUV Onto Lemoore Naval Air Station Kill Themselves Crashing Into F-18

California Police Chase Wrong Way SUV Onto Naval Air Station Where 2 Crash Into F-18 and Die ---  ===

It was apparently not a terrorist suicide attack on a Naval Air Station, but an unfortunate accident with no motive that could have been prevented. How in the blazes do you accidentally crash through the fence and drive 7 miles to score a bullseye on a F-18 fighter? There is absolutely zero chance  this was an accident. There is only one reason a pair of people who obviously aren't terrorists commit a deliberate suicide attack on a Naval Air Station when every other attempt to damage aircraft on a military base has been an obvious communist or Islamist terrorist attack

However US aircraft have been destroyed at Camp Bastion in Afghanistan in 2012, at a Puerto Rico Air National Guard base in Puerto Rico in 1981, and by rockets fired into US bases in the Vietnam war in acts of warfare and terrorism.

March 30, 2016 California Police Chase Wrong Way SUV Onto Naval Air Station Lemoore  2 Crash Into F-18 and Die California High Patrol stopped to check on a car when it accidentally fled driving the wrong way to Naval Air Station Lemoore near Fresno when it accidentally crashed through the fence, before the couple Anthony Castillo, 29, and Melissa Miller, 36 from San Jose "accidentally" killed themselves by driving another 7 miles into the base and crashed into a parked F-18 Super Hornet. Authorities are stumped why they fled. The base commander Capt. Monty Ashliman, announced the base did not appear to be an intended target (why???), and the man and woman who died were not affiliated with the military.  Reportedly the woman is white with blond hair wearing a necklace with a Christian cross.

Compare to these obvious terrorist attacks on air base installations:

By contrast, in the September 2012 Camp Bastion raid Taliban commandos in Afghanistan penetrated a forward air base and  set off explosions which destroyed six Harrier jump jets and three vehicles in a well coordinated attack. In 1981 8 A-7 fighters at  Muniz Air National Guard Base in Puerto Rico were blown up by rebel commandos in the first peacetime incident in which USAF aircraft were destroyed by a terrorist act and the first time terrorists had attacked a USAF installation on US soil. It was greatest material loss from any single act of terrorism perpetrated against the USAF anywhere in the world. It was the attack was a protest against draft registration.

May 22,  2011 PNS Mehran attack - Wikipedia Wikipedia  The PNS Mehran attack was an attack/shooting by Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and Al Qaeda which took place on 22 May 2011, at PNS Mehran, the headquarters of the Pakistan Navy's Naval Air Arm and the most populous Pakistani military installation. 15 attackers were killed 18 military personnel and wounded 16 in a sophisticated terrorist attack. Two American-built P-3C Orion surveillance aircraft were destroyed.  It was the biggest attack on the Navy and its assets since 1971,

According to the United States and Western intelligence sources, the attack was far more dangerous than the 2009 Pakistan Army General Headquarters attack, and was better planned and more rehearsed than the previous attack.

The commander of Lemoore Naval Air Station said Thursday "many investigations" will follow a fatal overnight incident in which two people managed to breach security Wednesday night and crash into an FA-18E warplane.
Both occupants of the Jeep, a male driver and a female passenger in the Cherokee died.
The commander, Capt. Monte Ashliman, said neither person who died had any military affiliation and that there is no reason to believe that the naval air station was the target of a terrorist attack. But in a press conference at the base, he did not provide specifics about how the Jeep was able to get past a "control point," and damage the multi-million dollar jet.
