Bowe Bergdahl. Prior to his enlistment in the Army, Bergdahl had been administratively separated from the Coast Guard for mental health reasons. Bergdahl disappeared from his command post in Afghanistan in 2008 and spent 5 years as a supposed Taliban prisoner of war. Yet we have proven beyond a shadow of doubt Bergdahl was a convert to Islam. Black suspect charged with 4 murders at motel in Springfield Scott Goodwin-BeyTrevor Fantroy, Danielle Keyes, Lewis GreenChristopher FreemanSPRINGFIELD, Mo. - Scott Goodwin-Bey, 47, of Springfield was charged with four counts of first-degree murder and four counts of armed criminal action for the shooting deaths of four people last Nov. 15 at the Economy Inn, 2555 N. Glenstone Ave.  The victims were Trevor Fantroy, Danielle Keyes, Lewis Green, and Christopher Freeman. Police believe Goodwin-Bey killed those four people because he believed "the victims were informing the police about his drug use." Detectives have suspected since shortly after the murders that Goodwin-Bey was the shooter but needed confirmation. Goodwin-Bey, who uses the nickname Auk, was arrested on Nov. 30, 2014, and has been held in custody since then for a federal firearms violation. The Springfield Police Department received test results from the state crime lab last week that confirmed a gun possessed by Goodwin-Bey is the murder weapon. On Nov. 28, Greene County sheriff's deputies went to a convenience store in Fair Grove after getting a report that someone matching Goodwin-Bey's description was throwing items from a white Lincoln Town Car into a trash can at the store and "was overheard making a comment about having killed his girlfriend."

Drunken black African diplomat not charged after ‘hitting cop car’ Langford BandaA Zambian diplomat suspected of drunkenly plowing into a parked cop car in Queens early Monday was taken into custody — but was set free hours later because his diplomatic immunity prevented him from being charged with a crime, law enforcement sources said. Langford Banda, 41, was just two miles away from his Jamaica home when he slammed into the police van on 180th Street shortly after midnight. The officers hopped out of the vehicle and noticed Banda reeked of booze and could barely walk straight. But Banda, who works as a second secretary of communications at the Zambian Mission to the United Nations, quickly identified himself as a diplomat, meaning cops were unable to give him a blood alcohol test. “He was a total mess,” a law enforcement source said. “He got off because he’s a diplomat. Not our choice.”

Hispanic serial killer who lured victims with cheap designer jeans admits to third murder Jesus AguileroA Bronx serial killer who came to the United States during the 1980 Mariel boatlift from Cuba — and then lured victims to their deaths with promises of cheap designer blue jeans — has pleaded guilty to his third murder. Jesus Aguilero, who is already behind bars for two murders, suddenly switched his not-guilty plea in the 1981 killing of 35-year-old mom Tolila Brown last week. Aguilero, 61, reversed his plea partly because details of his other horrific murders could have been discussed in court, virtually sealing his fate anyway. He was put behind bars after being convicted in the 1981 killings of Guillermo Graniela, 30, and Josefina Cepeda, 24. Aguilero is also believed to be responsible for the death of Janet Agosto, 20, in 1982.
