Tony's son, age 22, was also found shot in the head but still alive. He has been rushed to Ben taub Hospital in unknown condition. According to police, when the mechanic looked outside, a man in his 30s was watching him from the median outside, but turned to run when he was spotted. That man has now been apprehended by Houston police, but has not been charged. "These people were targeted," Witness speculates it may be over a repossession.

Police were investigating the death of a policewoman killed in a shooting in southern Paris on Thursday, but Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve said later on Thursday that "at this stage" no link had been established between the Charlie Hebdo gunmen and this shooting. Authorities announced Thursday night that two men had been arrested in connection with the death of Clarissa Jean-Philippe, 27, who had been on the job for only 15 days before the shooting. Officials did not make the obvious connection between  the shootings and the magazine office attack.
