3 arrested for terrorizing August 22, 2014 3 Brothers Ali Omar and Abedalfattah Mutleq Arrested for North Dakota Soccer Terrorizing In Bismark, North Dakota three men Ali Mutleq, 25; Omar Mutleq, 20; and Abedalfattah Mutleq, 18 were charged with Class C felony terrorizing. The three brothers were upset at a foul and chased and threatened three other men with a knife, shears and hammers during a soccer game at a park. This appears to be another sports rage attack since the Dearborn beating which killed a soccer referee
