    1. 1 suspect suicide, 2 shot and injured June 30, 2014 WABC TV In Gowanus, Brooklyn NY, Cameron Waithe, 54 walked in to the C and A Iron Works asking for a job when he started shooting at the workers. When police arrived and talked to him, the standoff ended when suspect shot and killed himself. His friends said Waithe was just a "peaceful person"  (alternative theory - asking for a job is just a cover story for a shooting attack on a civilian workplace) New York Daily News
