April 20, 2014 (Easter) High school sophomore Giselle Mendoza is killed when her allegedly drunk neighbor Roberto Rodriguez "accidentally" drove at 80 mph, ran a red light, jumped the curb  and rammed him SUV at full throttle into her apartment. Suspect Rodriguez was .at nearly twice the legal alcohol limit and has been arrested and charged with vehicular manslaughter
