   Police responded just after 3:15 p.m. on a reported shootingoutside of the Kansas City, Kan., City Hall near ...One person has died following a shooting outside the Kansas City, Kan., City Hall near 7th and Ann.

   When police arrived on the scene, they located the victim, identified by police as 40-year-old Marlon Williams of Shawnee, Kan., shot in the head.

   Witnesses reported hearing five shots fired, and said they saw two men leave the scene in a gray vehicle.
