Arizona Woman Accidental Boyfriend Hit and Run

January 25, 2014 Brittney Nolan was book into jail after she was identified as the driver who accidentally lost control and struck and killed her boyfriend who was found dead the next morning by a jogger. Though she showed no signs of impairment, she told police that she had been drinking. After she got into an argument with Jacob Rice who walked away. As she was driving looking for him, she was distracted by her cellphone, lost control, and hit what she thought was a pole, and continued driving. According to initial reports, it was nothing more than a tragic accident.
