October 11, 2013 A uniformed New York City firefighter riding his motorcycle to work was fatally struck by an apparent drunk driver in New Jersey. Anthony J. Marsal is 24 and was showing signs of intoxication, he was charged with 2nd-degree vehicular homicide and drunk driving.
