government property vandalism | Terroristic Incidents

November 1, 2013 22-year-old Joseph Urango told police he began to see murderers in the windows of the restaurant, and became afraid people were trying to kill him. The man began to kick, hit and throw rocks at windows and doors throughout the area to fight the "invisible people" off. He admitted to police he had vandalized several other buildings and businesses with in a three-block area, including the US Airways Center. He smashed windows and glass doors at the Maricopa County Office of Elections which had to be repaired in time for election. In 2012, windows were broken at the time of elections, but officials didn't believe there was relationship to elections or political motive in this case. The violence caused $20,000 worth of damage. Urango already had an arson conviction on his record and was booked into jail on multiple criminal-damage charges.

He is obviously, mentally ill.  Arpaio's Terror Squad, will probably, still throw him in 4th avenue.  Bastards.

P.S. It also says a lot about the guy's mental capacity when he has a mullet. Seriously, probably not exactly the smartest of fellows. I think a nice lengthy stay in the grey-bar hotel, without meth (and hopefully he'll cut that hideous mullet) ought to set him straight...maybe.
