Ira Blackstock Anacortes Fake DUI Murder
October 31, 2013 Near Anacortes Washington, 53-year-old Ira Blackstock crossed the centerline and slammed into a car with Alysha Pickler, 18, and twin 17-year-old sisters Janesah and Janeah Goheen, killing Janeah, and injuring two others. Blackstock was arrested on suspicion of vehicular homicide and assault. He appeared to be drunk, and had a Bible and pamphlet for Alcoholics Anonymous in the back seat to establish his DUI cover story.

Alysha Pickler, 18, and twin 17-year-old sisters Janesah and Janeah Goheen were heading to a Seattle haunted house for Halloween Thursday night. Officers say 53-year-old Ira Blackstock crossed the centerline and slammed into them. Janeah was killed. Janesah was flown to Harborview Medical Center and rushed into surgery.

Blackstock showed 6 of 6 possible signs of intoxication. His eyes were watery and his voice was weak. A Bible and pamphlet for Alcoholics Anonymous [prop to set up cover story] were found in the back seat. He was arrested on suspicion of vehicular homicide and assault.
