Kiro-7 Teen in fatal stabbing felt urge to hurt someone. On March 17, 2012 Kolby Clark fatally stabbed Jasmyn Tully, also 17, beginning the attack while she was sleeping at a Tukwila apartment. Detectives said after changing his story several times, Clark told them he'd felt an urge to hurt someone. Clark's uncle said that the teen was high on a synthetic marijuana drug known as "Spice" or "K2" and did not remember his actions.
