Crash into parked car jihad? KMAN reports Williams was a passenger in a car that was stopped after it struck a deer. She got out of the car, which was then hit by a car driven by an Ottawa man. The first vehicle then hit Williams. Why would a car ram her parked car unless it was intentional??

before 5 a.m. on southbound I-405 near Exit 11 at mile post 12. According to initial reports, Alea Price was driving a Scion that hit a deer, causing her to stop her car. The vehicle remained in the lanes of traffic when her car was rear-ended by a semi truck. Price was pronounced dead by medics shortly after the crash. The driver of the semi was not injured.
