Police Officers First Responders Targeted | Timeline Of Terroristic Incidents
Friday October 25, 2013 In Roseville near Sacramento California, ICE agents tracked down wanted parolee Samuel Duran to a home, where he fled and led police on a bullet-riddled chase and barricaded himself inside another house where the owner fled. He is accused of shooting four law officers with an "assault-style rifle". He surrendered to a California SWAT team after his relatives persuaded him to come out the next morning on October 26.
Looks like a terrorist-attack style escape.
