She then crossed the lane divider and struck a car head-on carrying four teenagers and stopped when she crashed into a tree, The suspect claims she does not remember anything. The executive director, North American Punjabi Association expressed grief and condolences for their fallen community members. Reitzell was convicted of drunken driving in November 2012, but was on probation with a valid driver's license.

The suspect Marjorie Reitzell ...Satnam Singh Chahal, executive director, North American Punjabi Association expressing grief and condolence on the death of two community members said State Department of Motor Vehicle records shows that Reitzell was convicted of drunken driving in November 2012.She was on probation and her driver's license was valid, the DMV said. Chahal added that Singh worked as a senior materials specialist at AngioScore Inc, a medical device company in Fremont, and Kaur worked at a Walgreens,drug retailing chain in the United States.

Balbir Singh and his wife, Kamal Kaur, were walking east in the bike lane of Chilco Street near Constitution Avenue just before 7 p.m. when they were struck from behind, police said.
Singh and Kaur died at the scene, and their Chihuahua was injured, police said.
After hitting the pair, the vehicle continued over the center divide, clipped a car traveling in the other direction and came to rest against a tree, police said. The four people in the second car were unharmed.
This looks like a deliberate attempt to hurt multiple people - she also hit car in the other direction.
