Oct. 22 2012 police were called about a dead grandmother and the missing baby she was watching. Police found a ransom note asking the parents, both software engineers, for $50,000 in cash. 26 year old Raghunandan Yandamuri who was friends of the parents eventually admitted he was responsible. The baby's body was found hidden in a suitcase in another building Oct. 26.

There have been at least two incidents in the last two weeks where a bank executive or middle management employee has been kidnapped, held hostage along with their family and forced to rob the bank they worked for as part of a bank robbery plot. It is happening far more than what is being reported and Bank of America is on the top of the target list due to the number of branches they have in every nook and cranny of the market. But what have they done to update their policies and procedures to better protect and inform their most valuable asset -- their staff?
