1. Australian Baseball Player Killed In Random shooting By 2 Black and 1 WhiteYouths
August 16, 2013 in Duncan Oklahoma, Chris Lane, a baseball player visiting as a student from Australia was jogging in an upper income neighborhood. He was spotted and  followed by 1 white and 2 black youths associated with the Crips gang in a car and Luna shot and killed him in the back with a .22 caliber revolver. Police found them hiding after a parent complained that they had threatened his son. Their stated motive was they they were bored and had nothing better to do

3. Women Who Had Been Shot Found After Man Shooting At Propane Tank was shot
August 16, 2013 In Denver police shot a man who was shooting at an improvised explosive device made with a propane tank. He was suspected of shooting a woman found in a nearby home and another woman who was wounded.

4. Oakland Youths Street Shooting on Dashcam
August 20, 2013 Two Oakland youths are caught on a dashcam firing handguns at passing cars, including the driver of the car with a camera. It was described on one of many common robberies, blamed on high levels of violence. But there was no robbery, the intent appears to simply be a terrorist attack with the cover story of gang violence. 


5. Thailand convicts Iranians in Israel Bombing Plot

...sentenced 29-year-old Saeid Moradi to life in prison.. sentenced 43-year-old Mohammad Kharzei to 15 years in jail for possessing explosives...cache of homemade explosives accidentally blew apart their villa. Both claimed innocence saying they had been unaware of the explosives in their home. Saeid Moradi..legs were blown off in a bomb blast in Sukhumvit Soi 71 last year,Moradi, a factory technician from Tehran and a former soldier.....lost his legs as he tried to flee the villa on a crowded Bangkok street. He was carrying explosives from the house and dropped them in the street as police chased him. They detonated, destroying his legs...said he was carrying the explosives out of the house in an attempt to dispose of them. ..similar to "sticky'' bombs used against Israeli diplomats in foiled attacks a day before the Bangkok incident in India and the former Soviet republic of Georgia...had round, coin-like magnets on them.
