William David Phillips Accused Vehicle Attack On Mother and Stroller

William David Phillips Accused Vehicle Attack On Mother and Stroller --- ===

Monday June 17, 2019 William David Phillips Accused Vehicle Attack On Mother and Stroller  3 killed (including unborn) 2 injured William David Phillips was driving Jefferson City, Tennesee before he told police that a voice in his head “told him that the baby stroller had meth in it. The New York Post headline described that he was a "driver on a deranged mission" when he first swerved and intentionally hit a 61-year-old pedestrian Tillman Gunter, then minutes later deliberately rammed his car into and killed Sierra Wilson Cahoon, 30, who was pushing her 2-year-old son Nolan and her unborn baby. Then he crashed through the walls of a fish hatchery destroying thousand of exotic fish and could have killed an employee that was sent to the hospital with minor injuries.[1] The victms were the  wife and son of Matt Cahoon, assistant athletic trainer at the local Christian-focused Carson-Newman University.

Alternative theory - looks more like a terrorist attack stage to look like a man who lost his mind rather than a man who really heard voices to kill people.
