Seattle I-5 Fatal Xanax Marijuana Texting Crash --- ===

03/08/2018 killed: 3 Seattle I-5 Fatal Xanax Marijuana Texting Crash   man accused of killing three people in a hit-and-run crash on Interstate 5 Thursday morning was texting his girlfriend and had used marijuana and taken Xanax. Montrell Tormel Red, 23, was charged by prosecutors on Friday with three counts of vehicular homicide and one count of failing to remain at the scene of a fatal accident  police found Xanax, marijuana and a pink handgun in the possession of Red — who was also wanted on a warrant and was driving without a license.

Alternative theory - is drugs and without licence cover story for deliberate attack? Why does a man who obviously isn't a terrorist drive like it's a vehicle attack?
